Thirty Years,One Throughline
A career that began in enterprise consulting and has spanned ERP, CRM, integration, omnichannel, cloud, and now AI — with the same deeper work running through all of it.

The Story So Far
Christian has spent more than thirty years — across the USA, UK, France, and Australia — at the intersection of enterprise technology, human development, and transformational change. The technology has evolved — ERP, CRM, integration, omnichannel, cloud, and now AI — but the deeper work has stayed the same: helping organisations understand what they're trying to achieve, designing practical pathways to get there, and enabling the people who have to make the journey.
Technology has shaped one half of the career. Human development has shaped the other. Transformation has been the common thread across both.
That work has often carried an innovation edge as much as a delivery one — building bespoke CRM capability at BDO, contributing to omnichannel transformation at Sonos, and regularly being the person in the room translating a genuinely new idea into something an organisation could actually execute.
That breadth — rather than narrow technical specialisation — is why organisations trust Christian to see the full picture: the strategy, the systems, and the people who have to adopt the change for it to actually deliver value.
Credibility & Philosophy
The core philosophy is people, process, technology — in that order.
The expertise isn't implementing a platform; it's helping organisations realise value from transformational change.
Resistance to change is information, not obstruction — it points to what alignment work is still needed.
AI is approached thoughtfully, intentionally, and responsibly, in ways that strengthen people and organisations.
AI as a Leadership Challenge, Not Just a Technology One
Christian approaches AI not as hype, but as a leadership, governance, and organisational design challenge. He is completing formal certification in AI Governance through the Global AI Certification Council (GAICC), reinforcing a commitment to thoughtful, responsible, and commercially grounded AI adoption. It doesn't make him an implementation or compliance vendor; it adds depth to how he helps leaders think clearly about AI.
A Builder's Perspective, Not Just an Adviser's
Alongside his advisory and speaking work, Christian is also building In Sync OS, an initiative that reflects his interest in practical innovation, human-centred systems, and the role AI can play in helping people and organisations live and work in greater alignment. This builder's perspective keeps his thinking grounded not only in strategy, but in the realities of creating, testing, and evolving new ideas.
